2nd Life [|] [2012 02 22 16:33:29]

And then we broke up and then I bought a house. Finally.

Also, for 'lent' I have given up social media. Do blogs count?

I suspect not. There's no comments here, right?

Work has been quite busy. I have all this money to spend on my house yet I'm unmotivated to do any of it.

I have a lizard now, too. Caterina is getting older. She has a smartphone. I've basically given up on Quidditch. Danica got married.

Not sure there's much else significant that has occurred.

networks [|] [2010 11 03 16:14:18]

I think I don't always include everything in my social network chatter.

I also joined http://www.formspring.me/eolh2010 - so ask me questions!

I'm moving into my gf's house early December. It's rent free! Crazy, I know. This means I have no excuse not to buy a house.

I also intend to visit New Zealand. Finally getting off the planet, I mean country.

I hope to get some squiz cards soon, too.

Also I must mention my hayfever is seriously horrible this year for some reason. Weather has been hectic.

House [|] [2010 04 28 14:06:40]

Housing has rarely been an easy thing for me. Except when my parents moved. I barely remember it being any trauma. These days, however, it is always a drama.

I'm still renting but I have the opportunity the buy. Typically this take some time and in the meantime by lease will end. What do I do in the meantime? I suspect moving into a random share house until I sort out buying.

I think I move on average every 18 months. It will be strange if I manage to buy a house and stay there longer. I -want- to stay for several years, at least until my daughter goes to senior school.. erm... year 11/12. Then I can expect her to travel further.

Internet Corpse [|] [2010 02 23 13:08:58]

Here lies eolh.org blog.

Surely you should be on Facebook or Twitter by now.

Okay, look, this site stays up as long as http://www.rpgmeetup.com/ does. It's far more active.

I wonder how long newspapers will last with all this microblogging of events. I guess once people who want to read them stop doing so.

My daughter has been sick for a few days now, and it's my turn to stay home with her.
